What we store

Who is responsible

The controller is [Företagsnamn], organisation number [XXXXXX-XXXX], [Postadress]. Contact: hej@forlangningskoll.se.

The name, organisation number and address are placeholders until the business is registered.

The calculator

Dates, salary and salary history are only typed into the page. The calculation runs in your browser. We do not receive those details. We can count that a calculation was started or finished, without the figures.

When you close the tab, the details are gone. They do not go into an account, because there is no account.

Email reminder

If you ask for a reminder we store the email address and whether the page was in Swedish or English. The legal basis is your consent. You can remove the address yourself on the unsubscribe page, or write to hej@forlangningskoll.se. We keep the address until the reminder is sent, and for twelve months at most.

When you submit, you get a link that removes that record. Nobody else can list the addresses.

Waitlist

If you ask to be told when the full version is released we store the email address and whether the page was in Swedish or English. The legal basis is your consent. The address is used only for that message. You can remove it yourself, or write to hej@forlangningskoll.se. We keep it until the full version is released and the message is sent, and for 24 months at most.

The checkbox is not ticked in advance. Without consent, nothing is stored.

Measurement without cookies

When you open a page the browser sends a short message to our own server. It contains the page address without the query string, the source (only the domain of the link you came from, or the utm values if they are present), whether the screen is a phone, tablet or computer, the page language, and country if the host platform has already sent a country code. We only add 1 to a counter for that combination that day.

We do not store the IP address, the browser identity string or a fingerprint. We set no cookie and do not call Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta or any other measurement vendor. That is why there is no cookie banner. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in seeing whether the site is used, with as little information as possible. The counters are kept for 14 months.

The country code is read only from a ready-made header the platform sets, such as cf-ipcountry. We do not look up the IP address ourselves.

Feedback

After a result you can answer yes or no to whether the check helped, and write a comment if you want. The same form is under Feedback in the footer. Nothing pops up. An email address is stored only if you type it yourself. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in improving the site, and consent if you leave an email. Feedback is kept for 12 months.

Unsubscribe and admin

You can remove your address on the unsubscribe page, or with the link you get when you submit it. In admin, addresses are masked. Revealing a full address, exporting a list or deleting a record is written to a log. The log does not contain the address itself and is kept for 12 months. Only an account with the admin role in Firebase Authentication is allowed in, and the role is checked on the server.

When Firebase is connected the database is in the EU. Until then a local file can be used during development. That file is not published. A session cookie is set only after an administrator has signed in. Ordinary visitors do not get it, and it is not used for measurement.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion and restriction, and object to processing that relies on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.

For the calculator we have nothing to disclose, because we never received it.

Changes

When this text changes, the date on the page is updated. If you keep using the site after a change, the new text applies to what happens afterwards.
